Simple and great!
Folks: this thing WORKS. I used to get sore and out of breath after two minutes of running, and my previous attemps at interval training had resulted in injuries and guilt. Now I cant wait for my next 30mn run in hilly woods! This is extremely simple, no fancy stats, no macho buttons-and-dials screens, just a quiet, friendly voice (with a delightful British accent) telling you when to walk and when to run. It wont do the thinking for you if you miss a couple of sessions or if you need to take it easier, but its excellent at what it does: talking you through a progressive, beginner-friendly, guilt-free training program. (The internet links have also been quite helpful.)
