Awesome!
I was a little skeptical when I started this program in mid June that Id be able to actually run for 30 minutes in 9 weeks. The first few weeks seemed like the most difficult thing EVER, making my skepticism grow even more. Running for 1 min felt like a lifetime. Well 7 short weeks later (I fast tracked a little), Im able to run for more than 30 min!!!!! Prior to doing this program I was a big couch potato, and now Im running 5 times a week!! I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! Would love to see another app for 5k-10k!
