I was never a runner and now with this app I am running 5k races all the time!

Love it!

If I can start running with this app, literally just about anyone should be able to. Really awesome.

Fantastic App for Interval Training

This is the perfect program for individuals looking to get in shape, get back in shape, or try their hand at athleticism. Cleverly paced, plenty of variation, and a supportive (but not obnoxious) voice to coach you through each of your runs, this app is designed to get you running (and keep you motivated!).

Great motivating app

Love this app as it gives you a schedule to adhere to. Its encouraging and motivating, the workouts are challenging but do-able. The only thing is that sometimes the timer randomly stops, and then I have to go back in from my music. Otherwise, really great, I highly recommend if you are looking for a kick in the pants to get you starting a workout routine.

I dont know what it is about the voice prompts, but it has the perfect balance of motivation and sympathy that makes me believe I can actually do this. Id tried this before and never got past week 3 - finding this time that Im excited even after week 5.

Ive always wanted to be a runner but I never had the endurance for it. This app really helps you gradually run longer and longer without making it seem like its been an eternity. Love everything t about this app, worth every penny

Such a great app! I was basically a couch potato with zero stamina, this has been so great for getting me moving! And it has definitely helped with weight loss too. Would totally recommend this to anyone who is sedentary and looking for a lifestyle change, it starts you off slow and helps increase your running time by increments, before you know it, youre running 5k!

When I started this program, running for 1 minute at a time was really hard. I just finished the last run (30 minutes, 5 km) and Im so impressed with myself and my progress. Its crazy that in 9 weeks I could transform from a lazy pile to a runner. Thanks so very much.

I was a little skeptical when I started this program in mid June that Id be able to actually run for 30 minutes in 9 weeks. The first few weeks seemed like the most difficult thing EVER, making my skepticism grow even more. Running for 1 min felt like a lifetime. Well 7 short weeks later (I fast tracked a little), Im able to run for more than 30 min!!!!! Prior to doing this program I was a big couch potato, and now Im running 5 times a week!! I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! Would love to see another app for 5k-10k!
